Trish Oakley

About Trish

Trish joined Forsyth Barr in 2000. She has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, having previously worked in banking prior to heading up Forsyth Barr’s Marketing division for over 15 years. 

Trish holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Otago University, is a member of Global Women and a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IoD), Otago-Southland Branch committee chair, Vice President of the IoD’s National Council and Director of the IoD’s board. 

Trish is chair of the Financial Services Council Strategic Research Committee and Co-Chair of their Investment and KiwiSaver Committee.

She is also a member of the New Zealand Lotteries Commission. Trish is Pro-Chancellor of the University of Otago.

Trish is passionate about education, driving our investing labs and learning labs, internal women’s network, mentoring activity and also contributes financial education content to Summer KiwiSaver scheme members.
