James Lindsay joined Forsyth Barr in 2021 as a Director/Senior Analyst. James leads our issuer sponsored coverage of mid and small-cap companies and works alongside our partner, MST Access, in Australia. His coverage also includes the technology sector amongst the larger capitalisation stocks.

James has 28 years of experience in investment markets in New Zealand and Australia. This includes more than 21 years on the buy side and cumulatively seven years on the sell side.

James holds a Master of Commerce (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury along with the NZX Diploma.
