About Alex

Alex joined Forsyth Barr in 2023 as an Associate Director in the Investment Banking team. Prior to joining Forsyth Barr, Alex spent over eight years in Moscow working in the Investment Banking and Special Situations teams of major corporate banks and regional advisory boutiques, as well as in the Transaction Advisory Services team of Ernst & Young.
 
Alex has a range of experience on sell-side, buy-side, mezzanine, and equity financing transactions across multiple industries including FMCG, industrials, paper and packaging sectors.
 
Alex holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Massey University and a Bachelor of Economics (Financial Management) from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
