Diana Walklate

About Diana

Diana Walklate joined Forsyth Barr Palmerston North in 2020. She has been involved in the financial services industry in New Zealand for many years, with 14 of these as an investment adviser. 

Diana is registered as a financial adviser and is accredited as an NZX Adviser. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (in Personal Financial Planning), the National Certificate in Financial Services (Financial Advice) (Level 5), along with a National Certificate in Adult Literacy and Numeracy.  

Diana focuses on understanding what her clients need from their investments and works together with them to find a solution that meets all of their needs. She is passionate about ensuring that New Zealanders understand how to make the most out of their finances, and was approved as a facilitator for the Commission For Financial Capability in 2017 and regularly facilitates their courses, seminars and programs across a wide spectrum of financial topics. Outside of work Diana enjoys spending time together with her family and friends. She has a strong commitment to the Feilding Gymnastics Club, both at committee and coaching level.
