About Grant

Grant Batchelor joined Forsyth Barr Dunedin in 2015, and has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry as a financial adviser and private banker.

Grant is registered as a financial adviser and is accredited as an NZX Adviser.  He holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Personal Financial Planning) from Massey University (2009) as well as a Diploma of Japanese Language from the Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology (2000). Grant is a Member of Financial Advice New Zealand, contributing at a regional board level for over a decade and has qualified as both a Certified Financial Planner and an Associate Life Underwriter.

He has two teenage children and devotes much of his spare time to his children’s sporting activities.
