About Hamish

Hamish Ward joined Forsyth Barr Hamilton in 2023. He has worked in financial services for over 25 years, with experience across retail, commercial and investment banking in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Thailand.

Hamish is registered as a financial adviser and is currently working towards his NZX Adviser accreditation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree and Diploma in Banking from Massey University, and the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) (Investment).

Hamish lives in the Waikato with his wife Kirstyn and three teenage sons. He is keen on snow skiing, golf, squash and spending time at the beach.
