About Lisa
Lisa joined Forsyth Barr in April 2009. Prior to joining Forsyth Barr, Lisa was the HR Manager for a well-known Trustee company. Previous to this, she held various other positions, predominantly in the financial services industry.
In her role as Head of People and Culture, Lisa performs a mixture of strategic and operational activities. She is responsible for overseeing all People and Culture functions with a focus on employment relations and policy, people development, talent management and organisational development and culture.
Lisa is based out of the Dunedin office
