Steve Barns joined Forsyth Barr Hamilton in 2020 and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including investment, trustee and insurance services, financial planning and financial markets.  This broad experience ensures the wider considerations of wealth management are considered when managing your portfolio.

Steve is registered as a financial adviser and is accredited as an NZX Adviser.   He holds a Diploma in Management as well as the National Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5). 

Married, with a teenage son, Steve’s interests have an outdoor focus; rowing, jetskiing, fishing, tramping and golf (although the desire for golf far outweighs the ability).
