The programme gives graduates an opportunity to gain a perspective into how our business operates, be exposed to a wide range of career options and build a better understanding of their strengths and interests.
The programme lasts for 15 months and provides the opportunity to work across multiple parts of Forsyth Barr's operation, including Equity Research, Institutional Sales and Trading, ESG, Investment Banking and Retail Advisory.
New Zealand residents can apply to join the Graduate Programme when in the final year of their degree or within 12 months of graduation (at the time of application), with placements commencing in early 2024.
