Megan Glen has joined Forsyth Barr as Director, Investment Banking.
Megan has significant corporate finance and asset management experience, most recently from the NZ Super Fund and Ascentro Capital Partners where she was responsible for managing and transacting a portfolio of private direct investments.
Previously, Megan spent more than five years with Credit Suisse’s investment banking group in New York as part of their Financial Sponsors Group supporting private equity firms with acquisitions, divestments and refinancings.
Megan started her career in Jarden’s investment banking team. Megan is currently a member of the New Zealand Takeovers Panel and holds a Bachelor of Science (Biology) and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Auckland.
Outside of work, Megan has three young kids that keep her busy but she still manages to enjoy squeezing in some exercise, especially running.
