About Ben

Ben joined Forsyth Barr in 2020 and has over 18 years of experience in providing investment advice to a wide range of private clients, charities and trusts. He maintains a particular focus on investment strategy to help clients navigate financial markets and best achieve their long-term investment goals.

Ben is registered as a financial adviser and is accredited as an NZX Adviser. He graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Law and Arts in 1998, and holds a National Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5).

Ben is currently a parent trustee at Mount Aspiring College and an advisory trustee of the Mount Aspiring College Foundation. Ben is married to Debra and has four children, but still finds time to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that Wanaka offers including skiing, mountain biking and running.
